WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU ORDER

After an order is placed, it goes to production. Then it ships and is delivered.

HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION TIME?

Since our products are made to order, production times are 2-8 business days depending on the item you ordered.

In this stage, there is not any information available for tracking the order. Once your order ships, we will send the tracking number of your order via email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) as well as delays that the shipping carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

Some of our products ship from different warehouses so if you order multiple items, some of your packages may ship and be delivered separately on different days.

For the Tote and carry-all pouch, after production time:

Within the USA, orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days to arrive. For example, a package sent via Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.

For the dresses and cardigan, after production time:

Allow 9-12 business days for shipping & delivery depending on your location.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will email you the tracking number of your order once it ships.

Please note, tracking information is not available while the product is in the production stage.

WHY WERE MULTIPLE PACKAGES DELIVERED?

Some of our products ship from different warehouses so if you order multiple items, some of your packages may ship and be delivered separately on different days.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?

First, please check the status of your shipped package online by using the tracking number sent to your email address.

If you have not received your order within the specified timeframe detailed in the "WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?" section from the date it shipped, message us through our CONTACT US page.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

WHAT ARE YOUR REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY?

Please inspect your products thoroughly the day they are delivered.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges (for the same products you ordered) are accepted if:

1) The items have a mechanical issue or manufacturer's error. The wrong item, wrong color, wrong size was sent to you.

2) The items must be unused and in their original condition with the original tags attached (if applicable).

3) You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to report the problem. A photo of the defective/damaged item must be attached.

4) The defective product must be returned, and we will cover the shipping cost. Contact us to get a shipping label. We must receive the product within 30 days of your delivery date.

A refund or exchange will be issued based on your preference.

We do not offer refunds, returns & exchanges if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color because all of our products are made to order. However, we are happy to offer you a discount if you wish to order a new item. Please make sure you review your cart thoroughly before placing an order. We want you to have a hassle-free experience in our store.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the original method of payment with 5 business days.

An exchange item will ship within 5 business days.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled nor modified as they go to production after they are submitted.
